Due to the nature of our services and digital products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
1. Digital Products & Courses
- No refunds will be issued once access is granted
2. Publishing Services
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Payments made toward completed work are non-refundable
3. Payment Plans
- Clients are responsible for completing all payments regardless of usage
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in cases of:
- Duplicate payments
- Billing errors
